Worst customer service ever. I purchased an apartment with a Dormakaba lock. I was very excited to…read morehave a combination lock..... but I could not change the combination. Dormakaba could not tell me what type of lock I had or how to change the combination. Dormakaba gave me the runaround for days without ever solving the problem. The management company told me it would be easier to change the lock back to a key than deal with Dormakaba. If you see a Dormakaba lock, do not put an offer on the property unless it is contingent on having the Dormakaba lock removed. Terrible, terrible product!!!
