As a owner of an…read moreapartment this agency is the managing agents for and living in that apartment 365 days a year unlike my neighbours who just have a 2nd home. They moan at me for not cleaning the common hallway and stairs. The member of staff from the agency never checked the facts but sent out what I would say was an offensive email to say the least regarding the matter. She never bothered to check her facts when for the past few weeks I have had to clean up after the other owners. On contacting her she made no apology her attitude was beyond believe. I just wish my block was managed by another agency! I would never ever recommend this agency
