My overall experience with this place was absolutely horrible. It started with me running a few…read moreminutes late. (My bad) I called to let them know I would be there still, just slightly late. (I called 15 minutes before my appt even started) They tried to cancel my appt & didn't want to let me reschedule, but finally let me keep the appt. (I live in a different town, & had been waiting to be released from the hospital there.) Upon getting there, the nurses were overall fairly nice, especially the assistant woman who I first saw back in the room. She was quiet, but polite. I enjoyed speaking with her, but once meeting Dr. Simon, I instantly knew I would never be coming back. He insulted me multiple times, talking badly of my teeth, & also insulted my OBGYN for wanting me to take antibiotics prior to any dental work being done. (I'm 6 months pregnant, & also have a severe auto immune disease.) After all this he then takes the time to tell me that he won't even be doing any work on me until after my baby is born, & that he would only clean my teeth since they "desperately need it". Now to summarize all this, I get my teeth aren't in the greatest condition. I have family history of bad teeth, but I brush & maintain them every single day. I hadn't been to a dentist for a good amount of time due to insurance problems. I would not have gone here if any other dentist closer to my area took my insurance. From now on though, I would rather take the 2 hr drive to OKC than deal with a man who thinks it's okay to belittle a pregnant woman who already has anxiety about the dentist.
