He's SKILLED (his superior workmanship was acknowledged by another dentist I had to see), KNOWLEDGEABLE (he's always willing/able to answer my questions), GENTLE (cares about making me comfortable/minimizing pain as much as possible), TRUSTWORTHY/HONEST (he's upfront and committed to doing what's right), GENEROUS, HARDWORKING, and has a HEART OF GOLD! I take great comfort in his 40+ years of experience. Never once have I doubted that he has my best interest at heart or his willingness to do whatever it takes to get things properly taken care of.
