If I could give zero stars, I would. I came to this agency based on strong recommendations, but my…read moreexperience was the opposite. The communication was unprofessional from the start. They repeatedly called outside of the times I provided, dragged out the audit far longer than necessary, and then refused to share basic findings unless I created a PowerPoint for them. Even worse, they were not willing to meet during the availability windows I clearly outlined. I work with agencies every day and have never seen a process handled this poorly. Total waste of time. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Only wish I reached out sooner. I strongly recommend eNet.

The owner lied to me and site they would build it from scratch but they used a template. I had to "babysit" the guys working on it just to prevent an even bigger mess. They had no sense of design or judgement, had trouble fixing issues, I had to spend all kinds of time just coaching them through basic stuff they they should have done without asking. They published the site without getting my approval first when it still had all kinds of issues such as my business name misspelled. The owner kept taking calls during meetings. Yikes.

Kevin at Navitas was hired to host my domain last November. He recommended switching my 13-year-old…read more.net website to a .com, but barely managed the transition and failed to handle even the basics like updating my email addresses. I understand that a full redirect wouldn't completely erase my SEO authority, but there's no denying that my site took a serious hit which I was never warned about. When things started falling apart and I was forced to attempt fixes myself because Kevin was MIA, he later admitted he had been receiving alert emails from Google showing I was making mistakes and still never offered to step in or help. I also paid Navitas $4,800 for an SEO strategy that lacked even the fundamentals. There was little to no internal linking, no proper heading structure, and many of my pages weren't indexed at all. Backlinks, Google Business Profile optimization, and keyword planning were never even discussed. To make matters worse, my website leads weren't reaching my inbox for a period of time, and I lost at least six weeks of potential clients. I repeatedly asked for someone to investigate why I wasn't getting any leads, and was brushed off with a condescending "No, it's set up properly. Hope this helps!" Once the real issue was finally discovered, he blamed the previous web hosting company. Kevin promised to follow up with a few changes once he returned from vacation on June 30. It's now July 2- I emailed him at 8am this morning one final time for help and it is now 3pm and I've heard nothing. At this point, I feel like my website is being held hostage. Not only has he failed to fix what he broke, but I'm also left questioning whether I'll even regain full access to my own site. I would never recommend Navitas, but if you are a busy small business owner that doesn't have time to deal with incompetency in other areas of your business, stay far away. They completely dropped the ball, left me hanging, and failed to deliver.

If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would!…read more Kevin Homer at Navitas Marketing in Trooper, PA went above and beyond to solve a problem I thought was hopeless. Our Google business pages were suspended on February 25 without clear reasoning, leaving us completely in the dark. After working with Navitas Marketing for two years and taking a seasonal marketing break, we were devastated when all our attempts to restore the pages led nowhere. Every article I found and everyone I spoke to said that resolving this issue was virtually impossible and entirely at the mercy of Google, with no clear timeline for resolution. Feeling defeated, I decided to reach out to Kevin--and thank goodness I did! Within less than 24 hours, Kevin pinpointed the exact issue: Google flagged both pages because we had linked a new business to our existing account. Thanks to Kevin's expertise and persistence, our pages were not only restored but fully operational again in record time! I can't even put into words how grateful we are. I had exhausted every avenue, including reaching out to Google myself, and got nowhere. Kevin achieved what seemed unachievable, and he did it quickly and efficiently. For anyone in a similar situation, don't hesitate--contact Kevin Homer at Navitas Marketing! He's a lifesaver and a true professional. We HIGHLY recommend him! And to add to everything--Kevin was actually off the day he responded to our email, celebrating his birthday , yet he still took the time to help us. What a true lifesaver!
