We were the first on the boat and I immediately picked the perfect spot in front of the boat and enjoyed the sun. Once everyone was on board Louise welcomed us again and gave us a brief introduction about the tour. She would come back every now and then and point out sights on the tour. She was extremely pleasant, always around for questions, and simply a great conversationalist.
Nunzio, who is not only the Captain of the boat, but also the cook, prepared the most amazing and authentic Italian lunch: we had lovely appetizers, including fantastic cheese, and meats followed by home made pasta. Of course, everyone had seconds because it was so good. If you have the chance, you should take a look in the kitchen: it's just one stovetop, but somehow Nunzio was able to cook pasta that was better than any other place.
We stopped at multiple secluded places, enough time for everyone to go swimming, snorkeling or just hanging out on the boat and tanning. There's also room in the back that's covered, so if you need a break from the sun you definitely have the chance to hide.
This trip was definitely the highlight of our vacation, and if we're back in Sardinia we will be back again on the Antares.
Thanks Nunzio and Louise for a truly memorable event.
