Zach the online sales employee was extremely rude and condescending. He knew nothing about the vehicle he was selling and compared his vehicle to a "cheeseburger" while a certified preowned car from another dealership was a "cold cut" even though it was a year newer same price same options and 2 more years of warranty. When corrected on the options of the car, he stated that I should have considered they were a chevy dealer even though he ranted about his cars options being far superior(identical) both Teslas his not being Tesla recertified and out of warranty. I recently purchased a vehicle from Bookwalter Motors and I can't say enough how wonderful the experience was. The dealership is about an hour away from where I live, but I decided to check them out based on a recommendation I received. My previous car was stolen, so when I first visited the dealership, I wasn't ready to buy because I was still sorting things out with the police and insurance. Adam Coon assisted me with trying out a few vehicles and narrowing down what I wanted. Once I figured that out, he took down my vehicle preferences and let me know that because I wasn't ready to buy that day, he would keep an eye out for vehicles that fit my needs and when they found one, would let me know. When I was ready to move forward with a purchase, I let Adam know and he found a car for me within just a few days. In addition to that, because I didn't have a car to drive while I was shopping, Bookwalter Motors delivered a loaner vehicle to my home so I could still make it to work each day. When I was ready to purchase, Adam also met me at work during my lunch break to give me my new vehicle and pick up the dealership car. During a very stressful experience, Bookwalter Motors, and Adam, made my life so much easier by finding exactly the car I wanted and delivering not one, but two cars to me when I lived over an hour away. I will absolutely be recommending them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. read more
