Something that you tried today because they had 5000 of them on the shelf may not be there when you go back to get more in 3 days. However, you may find something you like even better in its place. Last time I was in there (2-3 weeks ago), they still had a great selection of Bob's Red Mill organic products, which they seem to be carrying pretty regularly these days. The prices are great and the Johnson City store has recently had an overhaul, complete with cleaning and reorganizing, so it is quite nice in there now. The furniture selection is good, but if you see something you like, you better get it now, because it might not be there tomorrow. I do love shopping at Big Lots, but sometimes it's just a bit frustrating.

Amazing store and great customer service. I thought I had left a couple items at their store…read morebecause I looked everywhere for them the night before but I didn't see anything in the car that night. Called and they immediately looked up the cameras to find where my items went. It seemed that I did indeed leave with all my items, but I was surprised because I did not see them in the bag with the receipt. The manager Anika looked at all their cameras to help find my items. She even went to look at the outside cameras and lobby to see if I dropped them. I started wondering maybe I should look one more time in the car ...and surprise they were in the car door! I feel bad for making them search so much during a hectic time of year. I'm so thankful for Anika and the employees at Gabe's for insuring that I got my products. Thank you all so much! 10/10 recommend this store!

I went in to…read morepurchase a lantern with is 50% off because it was home decor (per the ad, and said so on the in store tag). I got to the check out and they said it was full price because the tag said "candle" not "lantern". What constitutes a "candle"? It has no wick, no wax, and it was metal. Looked like a lantern to me. The checkout girl said they had to go by the tag. This was extremely deceiving, poor business practices, and was not the first time that I have experienced this. I will not be going to Hobby Lobby ever again. Michaels just got my business for good.
