Morning Chef LLC has lawsuits for unfair wage withholding This company, withholds funds/wages due to employees out of retaliation for employees resigning. I have sent email after email inquiring about a paycheck that I should have gotten on 2/4. They did not inform me that the check would be mailed out. When I finally got the check they changed my rate of pay to $11.00!! It is against the law in Ohio to change wages for work already completed and they are fully aware of this, but they don't care. They refuse to answer emails because they don't want a paper trail.
