We tried calling to check on the status after a week only to be told they were VERY busy and if we hadn't gotten a call, they weren't finished - WAIT FOR OUR CALL (all that and in a rude tone as well). So we did - and never received one. We went to the office 9:00am on April 18 and asked for our taxes. Not in the completed bin - we were asked who was working on them (it was Ernest - the boss) - he walked out of his office with our documentation in hand and stated he hadn't even begun. We took our packet and left. Did them ourselves at home last minute. Save yourself a lot of stress - don't go there. Shameful way to run a business.

For cheaper than TurboTax, Mr. Hulse quickly got us back on track by fixing our deficiencies and expertly completing all tax documents. He prepares your taxes but will not answer questions or provide his support when there is a question from the state or federal taxing authority. I do not recommend Steven to prepare any taxes. Find someone else that will actually support you when questions come up. I am not an accountant and that is why I pay an accountant to do my taxes. Steven is extremely unprofessional.
