I did try a café au lait yesterday that tasted a bit watered down, but everything else has been on point. What really keeps me coming back is the experience. The customer service is always warm and welcoming, and the book selection is impressive--no matter what genre you're into, you'll find something here. I also love that it feels community-oriented. They also host book and craft clubs. We've been here a few times now, and it somehow gets better with each visit--always a slightly different experience. I picked up a few books for my upcoming trip, so I'm excited to finally slow down and get back into reading.

Archives would not try to resend the book, and tried to charge me a penalty. First they claimed my address was incorrect (i showed them on the USPS site where my address is verified), then they claimed that they could not deliver without a 9 digit zipcode (not true), then they claimed they couldn't resend the book without a totally different address. This was all via email - and they refused to take my call or call me back to discuss. I even offered to come pick up the book, but they would not do that without me paying a penalty. I confirmed with the USPS that Archives could have resent the book to me for no additional charge and gotten a refund of the shipping penalty, but Archives refused to do so. Their customer service is clearly written by a bot, and they have no interest in actually helping customers.

He thought he picked up the version I prefer, but it wasn't right. So we returned today to exchange it, buy another one and a few things for my niece. This was my first visit here, but I will definitely we back. They had a fairly decent selection of items, it was well-organized, and the people working were very helpful and kind. Expect to pay about $40 on average for a Bible, but it's well worth it.

They have videos but not new ones. And right now there are a bunch of new inspirational. I think they just want to skim by as a local store or they simply can't afford to update their stock. I rarely find what I'm looking for but they do have some things. If you are looking for a quick book to teach, this is a place to check out. I've gotten three or four books for children there.

The interior is very coolly designed as well. Got the O. Henry short story collection for 2024 also and Jessica who was working there (might have been her second day) was helpful and we chatted about The Bear and this area in Edmond, and how the owners also owned the coffee shop down the street and another nearby restaurant.
