Whether you consider the wiring issue minor or significant, correctly configuring the wiring is part of completing the installation. Returning to correct it was your responsibility. It does not erase the inconvenience or the time we spent dealing with the problem. We paid approximately $6,500 and expected the installation to be completed correctly. We recently had another licensed company install an AC system of the same size for $3,200, without requiring multiple return visits. That experience makes your pricing and service particularly disappointing. I also do not appreciate being told that my complaint was "taken out of proportion." We contacted you about the problem, and our concerns deserve to be addressed respectfully. The fact that this is a rental property does not lower our expectations for professional service. I am requesting a partial refund to compensate for our time and the inconvenience caused by the repeated visits. We set a date I took off that day and in the morning they call to postpone it, saying they have some more urgent call, no respect for my time. I asked them what if I have an emergency on my A/C they said they will be able to come that day but they will charge $89 for diagnostic. We set an appointment few days later. The technician came and told me that one of the unit need a new blow motor. I have a full labor and part warranty from the MFR. but they charge me diagnostic charge off $89 + $ 150 what they call "processing fee" which is a simple money grab. sound to me to me like a form of classic bait and switch technique.( they came the flowing week and change the motor it took the technician only 15 minutes sharp to replace the motor, they got $150 from the MFG as Josh told me + 150 +89 =$389.) As far as the 2nd unit it was working perfectly well before they "serviced it" 2 hours after the technician left the system shut down and I noticed that the pan below the system which was bone dry was full of water water the technician said that I need a new drain line which they will charge $1000, Called other companies and replacing a drain line run $500-$800. Turned out that the drain line didn't needed a replacement but just a correct opening the clog. I did pay them the $ 150 "grab money" but they called me already twice to pay it. Just remember when something look too good to be true it probably is. Don't fall for their $29/$39 bait.

Our couch was dirty from the dogs and dining room chairs were heavily stained from the grandkids being grandkids!
