Specialties
All of us experience difficulties and blessings throughout our lives. While we are able to manage most situations and relationships on our own, some situations are so complex, confusing or painful, that they warrant seeking the help of a professional, who listens carefully and helps us make sense of our experiences and find ways to cope. After 40 years as a Licensed Psychologist, I know the ups and downs of life at every stage. I have experienced them and I have accompanied hundreds of others on their unique individual journeys. Whether you are struggling with depressed or anxious emotions, find your work or relationships unsatisfying or are coping with something that feels horrific, finding someone who really listens will help you discover your power to change. Therapy is life-giving.
