He was here within a few hours of me calling him and as soon as he saw what needed to be done and left, his crew arrived about 5 minutes later and had our problem fixed in less than 30 minutes. They were very kind and professional and saved us from even more water damage. He even explained to us why the shingles the previous company used were known to fail and will absolutely be the person we call from now on. Very poor work quality incomplete and very unprofessional, many days of not showing up even after text and call that they where on their way. Sub contractors asking to get paid because Eddie was not paying them. All of my input can be verified by text and pic. He may be a nice guy but he is no cabinet builder. He has the Start part down pat it's just his finish and poor workmanship. I'm sure he will blame his crew because he only shows up part time. My comments are being posted because no one should take advantage of a woman and a senior citizen trying to better their home. I see other positive post that appear to have been completed during the same time frame I hope others might step forward. My friend now need another contractor to finish someone else's mess.

Now, fast forward to 2 days ago. I called on a Saturday afternoon after I noted my compressor freezing up. We discovered in April that we had a small leak that was barely reading on a sniffer unit. I expected the technician to come fill up the freon, charge us for that and an hour of labor. He shows up, instantly starts pressuring us to replace our entire unit( estimates from 8.8k to 17k for a 2100sqft house) and after looking around, hits us with a 403.00 bill. Now we have a monthly service package that supposedly removes the "service call" charge from the bill. We were charged 148.00 for freon at 78.00 per pound and the rest was "tech fees".....260.00 per hour, folks.....all paid before work was even done. 24 hours later, my compressor is frozen up again but they showed no evidence of a leak. As soon as I point it out, they start again with trying to sell me a whole unit. Nothing suspicious here at all. We wont be using them again.
