Eclipse Catering is part of, The Atrium, so they did the dinner and it was excellent. We started out with a small Caesar Salad. Guest got to choose between chicken or steak as their entree. I chose steak and it was fork tender, so I really did not need to use the steak knife they provided. It came with two-sides, Roasted Potatoes and Purple Carrots. Both were excellent choices. The serving of dinner went smoothly, The servers knew which entree each guest requested, because the words chicken or steak were written under our name of the place cards. A simple detail like that can make things so easy. For the size of the space, I was impressed with the acoustics. When the wedding party gave their toast, they were easy to hear. Also, when the DJ started playing music to get the party started, there was no echo. The music set-up is incredible - they have a stage and bring in local and out of town talent, like Mojo Roots. We saw The Bubbas; they played awesome oldies, well-sung, and with great rhythm. They offer breakfast from 7-10am. We went down at 8:45 and there were empty cereal bins, warming trays, fruit bins. The bananas were unappealing, the waffle maker was broken and the milk fridge was almost empty as well as the coffee creamers. I did not see an attendant for well over 20 minutes. They finally came out with a food to fill an empty bin. I realize that there is a shortage of people willing to work but if you have a job, take pride in it. They way this area looks is a reflection of who is in charge of the area. This is like your restaurant. Greet people, wipe down tables and counters, reorganize things. On the bright side, the did have a nice array of choices. Overall, we had a lovely stay. I'm sure you would enjoy this place , also.
