More importantly our dog had excellent quality of life for another year which made him a very old little man. With Hoke being very close to our house and directly in front of the place where we board her, it seemed this was the best choice for us. Let me start by saying that our dog is extremely hyperactive and loves new people and places. So whenever we go here, she is going nuts. But the staff is so friendly and love petting her, giving her treats, and tolerating her constant movement. This last visit was after our dog was limping and we noticed a spot on her foot. The vet we saw said although that spot was tender, he thought she hurt her leg besides that. A few days later when I realized that spot on her foot wasn't sensitive, I knew he must be right. He did not want to do an unnecessary x-ray which I'm sure saved quite a bit of money. He also gave her a shot that didn't even phase her. All of the doctors we have met are very informative, explain things well, and most importantly, genuinely care about our dog and her comfort. As someone who treats their dog like their own child, I really appreciate how the staff treats our pup.

It was the hardest decision and day of my life but they made it bearable. They notes that they make a paw print for all of the pet family members that cross the rainbow bridge in their office. They're so friendly and made all of the pets feel comfortable and happy, even though they were getting their vaccines. Their mobile office is nice and has everything needed for a routine visit. The fact that they will come to my home is the best part. It's always a hassle trying to set my car up for a ride to the vet, and then the cleanup after is the worst. I always have at least a couple of dog hairs leftover in the carpet that just won't go into the vaccum. The way I found them was from a recommendation when I was looking for a mobile vet for my parents huge great pyranees mix that refuses to get into a car, and is much too heavy to pick up. They are such a blessing. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I love being able to work with a vet that has a "small town" feel in such a large city. Being from a small town in south Alabama, having the individual attention and intimate feel was very important to me. They always remember me and my dogs and are always helpful to lend advice over the phone or via Facebook message so I do not have to travel in to the office.
