We recently bought a replacement bezel for my wife's watch, so yesterday we stopped by to see if they could swap it over for us. When we asked if this was a service they could provide, not only were they friendly and attentive, the jeweler took it to his workbench and returned with the watch sporting its new bezel in only a few minutes. When we asked "how much?", he informed me that there would be no charge. Now I'm not trying to say that they won't charge you for any kind of servicing of your jewelry (our need was a quick & simple one), just that their friendliness and professionalism was exemplary and it has certainly won our future business.

Last year, Isi helped us reset my wedding ring in gold, and he guided us to the perfect setting. He even let me borrow a similar ring while mine was being prepared, which was such a thoughtful touch. I absolutely love my ring! This Christmas, my husband took me back to have my mom's engagement stone set in a gold pendant with a paperclip chain. Jennifer was amazing in helping us choose the perfect setting and chain.
