I visit the Downtown Los Angeles location, and it is poorly managed. I don't know how they still have their license to practice. They only have one doctor who can perform pain procedures, and it takes MONTHS to see him. If this location were managed properly, they would have brought in a temporary doctor when their ONLY procedure doctor was out for 3 to 4 months in 2025 so patients could continue to be seen. They didn't, and I had to wait months in pain to see him. They also have high doctor turnover. I'm not even sure what the difference is between the doctors who see you for visits and the doctor who performs the procedures, but whatever. Fast forward to 2026: it takes months to get an appointment, I finally see a doctor, call to follow up a WEEK later, and she has quit. Now I have to start all over again. This place is a hot mess and needs to shut down.

I will say this: Get your MRI before you go. Pain management places tend to charge pretty hefty fees for meeting, and there's practically not much they can assess without your MRIs done. Everything is pretty much hypothetical with no treatment plan until they go through MRIs, so honestly I wouldn't even go until you have it. Saves you the cost on an entire visit. Also, please ask for your MRI reports. The doctor is super friendly, but they will only discuss matters associated with your accident. There could be major things on that MRI that you would 100% want to know or follow up with your primary about. You definitely should prepare to be proactive in order for anything to be seamless.

I have both arthritis at my lumbar and sciatica problems. I recently made a visit in June because I could not walk, sit, lay down, or stand straight. Dr. Zeger immediately knew how to begin treatment where I had 12 week appointment visits on top of the 2 for 1 initial visit. I'd say within my 5th visit I was starting to straighten out and by the last visit, my spine is fully aligned and pain basically nonexistent. I have never been as grateful as I feel today. The staff is so kind and welcoming, very attentive, and the equipment they use is so great for different treatments. If you've never had a good chiro or if you've lost hope on it, try out iMed. But BossB was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything throughout the session, so I knew I was in good hands. The real test came the next day during my 44.48-mile ride. I immediately noticed that my pedal strokes felt smoother and more fluid. The patellar pain I usually experience when putting down torque on climbs was noticeably gone during that ride. Even better, my hips, knees, calves, and all the way down to my ankles felt looser and more mobile. I finished the ride feeling a level of relief I honestly wasn't expecting. This is simply my personal experience, but for me, the difference was significant. If you're an athlete, cyclist, runner, or anyone dealing with tight muscles and limited mobility, I highly recommend giving BossB and Graston therapy a try.
