Any store that allows dogs to shop with you is a great place in my book! It's nice to have a store to go to where my puppy can pick out his own toy! This is one of the few big stores that allows animals other than service dogs to come inside. Will definitely be returning! read more

Try to exchange Christmas presents with tags still on everything the attitude and rudeness from the managers is unreal never seen it before my life they treated me as if I was a criminal like I stole my Christmas presents and went up there to exchange them for ones that fit me they refuse to return any of my items told me to take my stuff and leave call district district told them let me go in there and get a gift card like all the other stores that you Nationwide so the manager proceeds to give me the bottom number on all of my items $200 pair of boots I get $148 a $50 jacket I get $37 on $40 wallet I got $36 for the pants didn't have a price on the tag so I'm not sure how much I got ripped off on that one but it was anywhere from $80 to $100 I got robbed out of my Christmas presents because the managers wanted to be rude and nasty and not follow the company policy which makes no sense to me they asked me who bought my Christmas presents so they can run that person's name against their credit card machine and I told them they do isn't from their store they were mailed to me for a Christmas present I've never heard of somebody asking you who bought you your Christmas presents when you try to return them to get ones that fit you or just to exchange them for a different jacket I've never heard of anyone doing that they robbed me of my Christmas read more

We went to that Walmart earlier today and got told they discontinued them last year. Why??? There are hotels here so why would they do that?? In two days this business has had issues with their card machines. On the latter one the staff then comes and yanks the cart out of your hands and tells you to pay them again. Talk about rude, unprofessional, uneducated individuals. Went to Walmart for an oil change today after I couldn't get to Les Schwab the back way due to the…read moreroad being closed for construction. I pulled into the auto care center at Walmart and saw a few cars in front of me. We sat in the car for at least 45 minutes before I decided to use the bathroom. After I came out I was relieved to see the line move significantly so pulled my car up front. Then an employee told me to move back to move cars that were AFTER ME to the front. Umm, hello I was there first?!? Then after talking to my dad he informed me we needed to take a ticket and another woman with a scowl on her face rudely told me it would be two hours. Yikes. When I called High Plains Cattle Supply looking for a metal stock tank, Robert correctly guessed I…read morewas no rancher but a suburban dad looking for a backyard pool. He emailed right away with some suggestions (he has little guys, too) and steered me toward a poly tank instead of metal (softer if they hit the rim with teeth, easier to move, doesn't rust and won't scorch them). He was so generous with his time I was going to call his boss and tell him about the outstanding customer service (rare these days), but it turns out he is the owner/boss! I'm not surprised. He went out of his way to make a special delivery (the next day!) and helped me move the tank. As a bonus, we got to meet his kids and another cool little cowboy. Robert made me a hero dad, and that is worth more than anything money can buy. Also a fascinating guy with cool family history in Vietnam, Korea and WWII. Great outfit, friendly team.
