Since I wasn't totally sure what I wanted, she did her signature look on me. It wasn't quite my style, but she asked what I liked and didn't like and made adjustments right there. I left with a look I thought I liked, but later realized the foundation was a bit too dark and it just didn't feel right. When I emailed her about it, Mark was so understanding and offered to do another trial. I did have to pay $200+ for a second preview, but honestly, it was worth it because we finally nailed a look that I felt great in. On the wedding day, Mark showed up right on time, ready to go for me and six others. Her assistant arrived about an hour later, and they both got straight to work. Mark was such a sweetheart, she could tell I was anxious and helped me stay calm and in the moment. My bridesmaids looked beautiful, and by the time she was done, we were all glowing and out the door right on schedule. My makeup lasted all night, I got so many compliments, and it photographed beautifully (the previews already look amazing!).
