The work that was done was to the right of the picture posted below. The reason I was getting it done was because the ground was starting to settle and the grass was getting really damp. Pretty much when they came out I ask them to do whatever they needed to fix this problem. While the section they did was nice they created this giant pond that now lays in my front yard every time it rains. This was NEVER there before. I paid over $2,000 for this. I called him to come back out and pretty much Anthony said it was my fault for not grading it further. I am not a professional and it was his job to advise me to go further. After asking him to fix it he told me it would be another $2,000. This area was 3 times smaller than the original area. I found this company based off of reviews and friends that have use them. As a business owner myself, I am disappointed they did not make it right. A year later the water still sits. I will not be recommending this company.

It's a fully stocked supply center and it's a recycling center as well. It's a little awkward the first time you go. The office is at one location and you pick up your supplies up the street. Here's the skinny: After you turn on Jacobstown-Cookstown Rd from 537 you'll pass a Herman's location on your left. That's your pickup location. Keep going. The office is up the street a little more. Go to the office and tell them what you want and pay for it. Take your receipt and drive over to the pickup location. Stop at the scale and tell the lady what you ordered. She'll tell you to park next to what you want and she sends the loader over. You get your scoop and go. Easy. The people are all super nice and considering the size of their operation their process is pretty simple. Unfortunately they are expensive, at least as far as their mulch prices go. This year the guy I use is $18/yard of black mulch and Herman's is $25. That adds up when you buy a lot of mulch like I do. (I use Herman's when I mulch at my parents house.) In all, if you need it, they got it, and they quote prices over the phone so you can calculate your costs ahead of time. They are super nice but you pay for the one stop shopping. The few times I came here I got good quality material and they didn't skimp on the scoop.

But they didn't call; they took the flowers back to the shop. So she didn't get the flowers on her birthday. We told them about this when we picked the flowers up today. They didn't apologize, they just said "sometimes our drivers call and sometimes they don't". Mistakes happen, but I don't remember the last time I've seen a store that openly admits they're indifferent to delivering on time. Needles to say, I'll buy flowers somewhere else next time.

That was delivered without issue. The following week I called back to order another load, this is where things went south. I was told this load would be $650 + tax = $691. When I mentioned I just had a load delivered for $600 the owner "Anthony" got on the phone with an attitude telling me l was not charged enough last time and demanded I pay the difference for the other load that was delivered. Otherwise I could not order anymore material from them. I needed to finish my yard so I ended up paying $781 for my second load. When the second load arrived we found glass, stone and trash in it.
