As a runner, I was no longer able to do more than two miles without pain or losing feeling of my right leg. Within three visits, yes, three, Dr. Foreman reduced my pain. I went for a run and when I finished two miles with minimal pain I almost cried out of joy; I was even able to do a half marathon by the end of the year! I continued to see him as needed. The only reason I stopped going was because I was relocated by my job to Houston TX. To anyone who is on the fence on whether or not to seek Dr Foreman, do not hesitate!

He burst into the room with such velocity that nearby papers briefly achieved flight, and then, with the precision of a vocal sniper, fired directly into my ear canals: 'HOW THE (profanity that rhymes with muck) ARE YA!' It was not a question. It was an opening salvo. A chiropractic invocation. From there, he launched into a 90-minute, full-volume monologue that dissolved the boundaries between medical advice, spiritual crisis, and a food-based doomsday sermon. Here's what I learned: * "Marathon runners die fastest." * Lecithin causes early death and is possibly linked to moral collapse. * "Corn is government poison." * Wheat, dairy, oats, potatoes, tomatoes, and all American meat, also poison. * Oil is only safe if you grow the plant, press it yourself, and make peace with your ancestors before using it * No meat unless you personally hunted it with remorse * Nightshades are treacherous. * Avocados and chia are holy. Somewhere between the rant about athletics and the whispered denunciation of oats, I lost track of time. He may have mentioned being a neurologist. He may have gestured toward a red light therapy wand. I don't remember blinking. I do remember thinking: "If I tell him the oatmeal cookie in my purse, I will not make it out of here alive." At one point, he asked if I was lactating. He asked with gravity, like it was the key to something I would never understand. I said no. He looked disappointed, but not surprised. He told me to bury a cabbage. Wait several months. Add breastmilk if available. And then--eat it. I asked if I should clean the jar before fermenting it underground. He didn't answer. I understood. I now fear: * Corn * Lecithin * My own fridge * Nightshades * Red light devices * The smell of buried vegetables I now believe: * Healing begins with suffering * Oats are emotionally weak * Breastmilk is the cure for pink eye, heartburn, and possibly modern despair * Press your own oil or perish * I may never be the same There was no blood pressure taken. No eye exam. No touching of any kind--just direct eye contact, rapid speech, and nutritional exorcism. I came in with a body. I left with a mission. I cannot recommend this experience enough. Five stars. Bring your own jar.

Both are very knowledgeable and excellent at treating back pain. For example I threw out my lower back out lifting a heavy trailer up, I put off treatment for several months and went to two different chiropractors trying to save a little money before visiting Dr. Wade. The prior two never came close to getting my back into place. One visit to Dr. Wade and my wallet was slighty lighter compared to the prior two, but my back pain was gone. Money well spent. Whoever left a one star rating is entitled to their opinion, but based on my extensive experience visiting them both, I'd have to strongly disagree, simply couldn't be more wrong. Out of the 20 plus chiropractors I've been to nationwide over the last 20 years id have to say they're easily top of the list (technically my favorite was a chiropractor back in TN, but we're talking 1a vs 1b scenario) based on my experience. After seeing my regular doctor and having testing done it was determined I had probably slipped a rib out of place or something. I then sought out to find a chiropractor to try to relieve the pain I had been in for the past 10 days. Well I found Dr. Whitney Rutledge and thank god I did. She was very through in her questioning of my injury and symptoms then she let the magic happen. I felt instant relief during the adjustments and I felt literally better than I had felt in years. Like a dummy I waited almost a year before returning back to see her. I had some pain in my lower back and it felt like my hip was kind of out of whack this time. Once again it was like magic, instant relief again and it may sound silly but I felt like I could even breathe better after the appointment. I'm not going to make this mistake again and I have started going on a regular basis to see her. Every time I feel great when leaving and have always had a great experience with her. She is very good at what she does and is a joy to talk to!! Thank You Dr. Rutledge, you are AWESOME!!
