A mess. An absolute mess…read more God help anyone who has loved ones at this facility. No one answers the phone and if they do, they immediately cold transfer you into the abyss. Very low quality of service. Medical/Medicaid facility, if that gives you any indication as to why it's an absolute mess. Our tax dollars hard at work. I needed to reach someone on the administrative staff. As far as I know, no one exists. Five unreturned calls. Three unresponded to letters. Completely unreachable and unaccountable unless you physically walk into the location. But would you even be let in? Probably not. Go elsewhere.

She…read morehad been abused sexually where she had been before coming to live with us and she had this infection when she got here. She explained she had been abused where she lived before and one of the nurses on duty was calming her by telling her she had been abused also, but while you never completely forget what happened to you, that the pain of it gets easier with time. She was really being sweet with her as she was just 9 years old at the time. My daughter had told me she had gone to this urgent care center because they were able to get you in and out of there pretty fast.

I will never use the emergency room again after going here. They get you in and out in 30 minutes…read moreor less(at least that has been my experience) and you will not have to go in debt paying for the medical services. Being uninsured and having no primary care physician I would either have to sit for hours in the clinics or having a bad back when it would go out the emergency room was where I would go but since being told about River Valley Urgent Care no more emergency room for me. I have saved literally $1000.00's of dollars and a lot of time going here and the doctors and staff have always been wonderful to deal with. The only downfall is they are not open 24 hours a day but unless a matter of life or death I will be staying out of the emergency room and going here.
