I worked with Larry Simons in 1998 and then later with David Gano on the latter three. NOIC comes through where banks fail. My local banks (Adrian, MI.) pissed me off big time ..every time I tried to get a mortgage they always drove me to NOIC and NOIC always came through. I can recommend with confidence David Gano at the Monroe Office . I can be a pain to work with at times but Dave handled me like the pro that he is. He knows his products, the laws, and the industry. Lastly, Dave does his best to help you navigate through the minefield laid by the "underwriters " a clearly misunderstood group. Unfortunately I don't get them either. Getting a mortgage is never easy...Dave and NOIC get the job done. At the end of the day I get what.. I want.

It's possible that I may need to limit all future real estate purchases to geographic regions that NOIC can operate in, just so I can stick with a tried and true guy like David. Mortgages are just about making the numbers work. Never mind whether or not you think you're prepared to get a mortgage or not -- let's face it, you'll never be REALLY ready. But that's okay. David was able to take my "surprise! guess I need a mortgage right now!" situation and make it feel like I'd been prepping for it for the last two years. It could not have been smoother.
