5 star service all the way!!! 1st thing on a Monday morning I call Discount Door.....what a…read morepleasant friendly voice and identity herself as Jennifer...I explained her my problem I believed to be a broken spring and car is locked in garage...oh an a senior citizen...she explained and quoted me and stated they were booked and could schedule me on Tuesday but She would check and see if they could get it fixed today so I scheduled appointment. Amazing she called me back and they would work on getting it done today. I received a call in the afternoon from Matt he would be on his way...what a great surprise! Matt arrived with a smile on his face so professional and knowledgeable....he got the job done...he noticed a problem and brought it to my attention in the concrete nothing to do with garage door...outstanding service....But I asked about replacing the bottom rubber seal on the door and I will be getting it replaced by Discount Door...
