Great gelato spot in the Alfalfa area - we went after our amazing tapas dinner at La Escalona. Many flavors. I sampled the Cardamon/Ginger/Cloves and Peanut Butter ... then landed with my usual, Pistachio. The lady working there was very nice.

Amazing icecream flavors and great service! We tried the orange cinnamon ginger and it was unique. I had mango sorbet and hubby had pistachio with rose water. Mango flavor was just perfect and tasted of fresh ripe mango and summery goodness and hit the spot. Pistachio with rose water tasted like baklava and was heaven. There were lot of other interesting flavors and I wish I could try them all!! We also had horchata drink which was good. It wasn't as sweet as what I am used to drinking in the US but it was good. The guy at the counter (owner?) was very kind with a big smile for us and ready to help us choose the flavors which we would like. The lady here was also very friendly. The shop is cute with the seville tiles and some tables to sit. We came here in November and it was perfect so I can imagine how wonderful it would be to have this icecream on a hot summer day!

Our favorite artisanal all natural ice cream and sorbet venue in Sevilla. Thirty delightfully intense flavors all together ! This wonderful place creates unique combinations such as Orange, ginger and cinnamon; goat cheese , quince jelly chèvre ; or cinnamon and lemon milk. Seasonal Special flavors rotates twice a week. The owner is a kind hearted fella with a big, happy smile. Ask for Agnese, from Italy, who has been working at Bolas for a while. She is not only lovely, delightful young lady but knows how to guide your taste buds for best flavors! Go here for refreshing treat !

Awesome ice cream at a great price. A small cup is just 2.50 Euro and you get two flavors. I had the Malaga and dulce de leche. My girlfriend enjoyed hers as well. The Malaga had sweet wine and raisins in it.

The ice cream here was a lifesaver. I really loved Seville, but walking in the burning sun for hours every day was brutal. So getting a scoop of ice cream was incredibly satisfying, especially when it was really good ice cream. I really like the unique and interesting flavors that they have. On separate occasions, I got the goat cheese with quince jelly and the Pedro Ximenez wine with creamy cheese and fig. Both flavors were delicious and unique. The goat cheese one really tasted like goat cheese, and I thought it was great. And the Pedro Ximenez one was so creamy. Also, the people working there are quite nice. It's cool how they give you a small spoonful of a different flavor on top of your scoop. Definitely go here for good ice cream to escape the heat.

If you're in Sevilla during the month of June, you will know that gelato is a must. The scorching summers demand frequent gelato visits. For those needs, you can come to Bolas. The cones are long and narrow and the gelato is soft! This chain gelato store offers tons of flavors at very reasonable prices. I tried sex on the snow which is a cherry gelato. I also tried a fig flavored gelato. I wish I could have tried all of the different flavors. The workers here are used to tourists so they can translate what the flavors are for you. They have at least 30 different flavors I believe.

    Avellana con chocoemma!

I think we got our gelato 2-3 times a day here. It's that good! Plus, the owners are freaking nice! The owners say everything is natural. If it's slow, you'll get to sample as much as you want. I was immediately set on the mediana cup (3.80€) with avellana (hazelnut) and choco-emma (like a fudge chocolate). It was like Nutella chocolate in gelato form. They accept credit cards here.

    Two scoops of deliciousness!

Two thumbs up from two of us. Two big scoops in a medium sized cup for €3,50; friendly service and delicious, all natural and tasted like it! They let us try whatever we wanted and had a hard time deciding. Even topped off our two selections with an extra taste of something we had not tried. One of the women working started singing too - always say that if you are not happy working in a ice cream shop...

A small cup of strawberry and chufa (tiger nuts used to make horchata, a traditional drink in Valencia).

It is pretty sweet, but the gelato balances it out! The flan is SOO creamy as well, and there are actual LAYERS of it. So when you get a scoop, you get multiple pieces. I love that the flan doesn't get frozen in the gelato. It was by far my favorite out of all the ones I sampled. Their fruity flavors are also pretty creamy, and not like a sorbet. I really enjoyed the strawberry! Definitely gonna be dreaming of this back in the US..

The pound cake one had large pieces of pound cake in it, i loved how the flan (which was our favorite flavor) had actual large pieces of delicious flan in it. The strawberry and mango flavors were also delicious and it complemented the creamier flavors really well. Luckily this place was close to our airbnb so we came back several times! Highly recommend on a hot day in seville after site seeing!

La Fiorentina has tons of unique flavors and is situated in a very beautiful shop. With so many unique flavors, I had to sample just a few. I ordered torta aceite (on the verge of sweet meets savory), vanilla crunch (my absolute favorite), and apple cake (I didn't love this one. Doesn't have the flavors of a traditional "american" apple cake). Definitely check this spot out for unique and different flavors.

However, things took a turn when our server arrived. I asked if they had menus in both Spanish and English since I'm fluent in Spanish, but my boyfriend isn't, and having an English menu helps him. Instead of a simple answer, the waiter chuckled, mumbled something I couldn't understand, and placed a napkin holder with QR codes on the table, saying all menu versions were available online. Unfortunately, all the links led to the Spanish menu. While that alone wouldn't have been a major issue, his dismissive attitude was. After that, he ignored us for over 10 minutes despite my attempts to get his attention, so we eventually left. It was a disappointing way to end our time in Seville, especially considering how many fantastic restaurants in the city offer both great food and service. I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
