This was our first time at any Bojangles and it happened to be for breakfast. The breakfast sandwiches were great- both the chicken biscuit and the sausage one. Not a top quality biscuit, but a decent one. The chicken biscuit had a good taste to it. The service was fast. The dinning room itself is very basic- tables and chairs with lots of windows. On the morning of July 24th the lady working the front counter had the nastiest attitude I've ever seen. She treated the elderly couple in front of us like they were children. Upon taken my order, I repeated what I wanted and she responded with "I got that" very snarky and rude. Then my order was wrong. When asked for an order correction, she condescendingly slid the bag to me. She needs a new job because she is clearly unhappy and doesn't have the people skills needed to be in customer service. When a person is already unattractive and their attitude makes them even uglier, they should choose another field to work in. read more

The drive-thru lady was so RUDE and she was so ignorant. When we were at the window, everything we asked for she went:"huh?" "Huh?" Our drinks consisted of a diet Mountain Dew & regular one, and again, we asked which was which and she said:"huh?" And when we repeated the question, she totally ignored us!! Surprisingly, the food wasn't terrible (cooks appeared to be working hard) but the rest of the experience made me worry a bit. Every time you go in the floors are sticky, employees all laughing and dancing around and talking over each other to the point no one can take an order, when you do order it always comes out wrong. This is the WORST fast food experience I have EVER had in my life. I did not think anything could top the bad experiences I have had at McDonald's, but I was sadly mistaken. We did an online order at 12:20, we went inside to pick it up. The man at the counter looked for our order and brought us the wrong one so then he told us to hang on. He did not come back to us for the rest of our time inside the restaurant. We stood there waiting for our order for 35 minutes!!! I guess In the universe of Bo time everything moves extremely slow. The employees could care less about the customers, and could be seen bumbling around doing whatever they wanted. I feel even more bad for a door dash driver who would repeatedly be asked what his order was and in the middle of his explanation the workers would just walk away. Because of the incompetence of the bojanglers, he will probably get a bad review and poor pay. Very sad! After waiting for 30 minutes one of the workers finally came up to us and asked what we had. We told her we had an online order and IT WAS SITTING THERE THE WHOLE TIME! The only thing missing was a sweet potato pie which they said would take 15 minutes to cook. The employee said we could substitute it for an item to which my girlfriend asked "what can we substitute it for" and the worker's response was "whatever you want". What a helpful response! We ended up subbing for Mac n cheese which we didn't even want. After finally getting our food we filled our drink cups but I almost lost my appetite from the horrid smell coming from the trash can that I can only describe as the smell of death and decomposition along with gas station bathroom. I don't know what caused this but I can only imagine it is a result of employees neglecting to take out the trash. If you were faced with only being able to eat Bojangles, McDonald's, or rotting garbage, at least you wouldn't have to wait 30 minutes + for rotting garbage. Not to mention the rotting garbage would taste equivalent to the "food" they serve you at Bojangles. But seriously, in conclusion this place sucks and if you are in greenwood looking for somewhere to eat avoid this Bojangles at all cost. read more

If I could leave a lower rating I would. If you want fast food then I wouldn't go here since we had to wait 20 minutes to get food. On top of that the employees are beyond rude. Last Time for this Bojangles ! Walked in no one at the Register. The worker finally walked up slowly to go order proceed to tell us it will be 13 minutes for more chicken. We ordered an eight piece box and waited. Of course I set my timer on my phone. At 16 minutes I asked about the chicken , she shrugged and said it will be six minutes more! I looked at her and said you said 13 minutes? Nothing! 26 minutes has now passed and they bring out chicken slowly and slowly started fixing the orders that are now backed up. 27 minutes later we finally got our order and when I showed the manager the timer, she just made excuses about having to cook more chicken! And our chicken smells and tastes Burnt! Now if the worker would have told us it was 30mind for chicken we would have Left. Thank Goodness Popeyes has opened just down the street! Service is slow. Every time we arrive to order fast food, we have to wait 10-15 minuets to get our chicken.
