I had an issue with a digital coupon in the app and the restaurant on Spears Creek Rd was NOT kind about the app not working and customer service was not too good. This restaurant gave me another option, indicating that they had the same offer as my app coupon. Staff attitude at the drive thru window is horrible. The same young woman, on three different occasions, totally ignored me. Would not engage with me on any level and when she handed me my change, she just turned away. No "thank you", no "have a good day", nothing. The food was fine. When I got to the window, the person didn't say hi. They were yelling orders to others. She didn't give me my receipt. 45 minutes in line on a Friday at 11am. Ridiculous. There was a big line but it shouldn't take 45 minutes to get food. Ordered two sausage biscuits and two potato rounds. The biscuit was very salty and hard. The sausage was burnt and also dry. Stuck in your throat dry. If I was waiting that long, those should've been fresh. We could see our sandwiches sitting on the counter the 6 minutes we were waiting at the window. They also never gave us a receipt. The potato rounds were fresh and actually good. So I ordered a breakfast combo, and there's no hash rounds, so I settled for fries. My fries were half the size they normally are. And I had to ask for them. Also have to ASK for silverware and condiments each time I order, even a straw!!! Well when my son arrived to pick up my order, he was told they were closed. The money was automatically drafted from my account and I've been trying relentlessly to get my refund of $47.29!! I've been given the run around between Store Manager Coretta and their so-called customer care that also sucks!! I've heard there has been other complaints at this location (#848-2800 Clemson Road) as well. In the beginning I was told they don't give refunds. Then they sent an email saying my money had been refunded on 9/30/21. Well it's 10/4/2021 and the money is still somewhere but it's definitely not in my account!! I called Coretta today and she said she would return my call when the lunch crowd slowed. But she never called me back AND when I called back, they didn't answer the phone before the store closed at 3pm. Now I tried calling at 3:30 and a young lady answered the phone and said Coretta was gone for the day!!
