She was so interested in my health, what I had going on, which is a lot, she was completely ready for our visit before she walked into my room. She showed that she really cares about me and my health. I was shocked. I left there with the biggest smile. I haven't felt that much respect for a doctor in a long time. The office staff is very unfriendly, and it takes a week or more to get refills. I never thought I would have to see another Dr. the Dr's don't disclose that if you go for your annual visit, and you ask a question about another issue you get charged for that conversation. I never experienced anything like that with Dr. Loveland.
