So the Google has all sorts of reviews on this place. We went, as town is a part of Spain known as Galicia. The people from this area for the most part also speak Galego which is one of the old romance languages. Either way, it is worth digging into.
This restaurant was recommended by my fiancé's Galego friend and wow! What a meal it was.
Everything is cooked over charcoal. From the fish to the dry aged steak to the appetizers that came served on seashells. It was all so amazing and delicious.
The scallops with trout eggs drizzled in olive oil and a lightly salted were addicting. You then would use your bread to clean off your shelf. Everything was delightful.
The steak was immense! The ceramic plate it was served on was still hot which allowed you to flip your meat around to keep cooking if so desired.
This is a town I wish we would've stayed in for a night or two as there are so many activites to do and honestly, I'd come back and have a bottle of wine and more of the scallops.
What a delight. read more
