I need a gutsy coffee and one not tasting like skim milk. And the eggs on toast were a letdown for me. Doesn't compare to the good quality you find most places now. The bar has been raised. (I'm no fan of margarine on my toast) Who knows. Maybe their other foods may be the hook to keep people coming.

Today I ordered the breakfast roll and it was almost too hot to hold but I liked that. It definitely hit the spot at 2:30pm when I'd had nothing but a tea in the morning. The main gripe however and this goes for the previous cafe Enchante; the staff mop around you giving a sense of trying to get you out. We left before 3pm and they didn't close until 5pm so unless there is a spill or the floor is noticeably dirty why do it? Not only does it increase the chance of a customer slipping but also the staff carrying hot food and drinks.
