Chemotherapy is terrible but did do its job. After 6 months he had no cancer! PTL The staff was always thorough and friendly. Questions were always answered and we felt comfortable with our plan. When side effects were bad they addressed them accordingly.

Other that a rubber band no equipment was used. The second appointment entailed several shoulder exercises lasting for about 1 hour w/o equipment. The rehabilitation services provided was a solid 10 but that is NOT the end. My issue is with the billing. The first visited was billed at $290 and the second at $195. These charges are EXCESSIVE and totally unjust. In accordance, this company is rated at a 0. Interestingly when the bill was brought to the attention of the Lakeside staff a month later, I was advised that the high amounts were insurance rates. Absence of insurance, my first appointment with a cash payment would have been $100 instead of $290 --had I known! A dose of scruples would serve this company well and/or a CEO replacement!

Have a 4 year old with a broken foot (who had x rays with GMA)...trying to get the results...called…read more5 times and I was told they would call me back each time for 4 days and was still not called back. When I called 10 minutes before closing to ask if anyone had the results of her X ray yet they put me on hold and then 7 minutes before 5pm transferred me to their answering service saying no one will call me back until tomorrow morning.... a 5th day with a child with a broken foot. But Glacier Medical Associates stood out like a good option. The front desk was able to confirm they would be able to help remove the hook and checked me in. The medical staff got me situated and Dr Maaliki came in with a plan. I ended up fainting during the procedure, but the crew handled it no problem. She was very knowledgeable but patient while explaining the MRI, answering our many questions, all while I had a crying spell/melt down, not wanting to hear the truth! Stacia is a true professional, yet kind and understanding! My next appointment was with Dr.Driver. He is very comfortable to talk with, answering our questions professionally, yet clearly, in layman's terms. He explained clearly all of my opinions, giving my husband and I the comfort needed to decide on cervical spine surgery as my journey. Came here to get a nerve conduction test for my husband for his hand numbness. We filled out the…read morepaperwork and was almost immediately ushered into a room for his test. The room was very warm as they had a small heater on the floor but the doctor explained to us that the test works better at about 82* in the room. The doctor was very explanatory and kind and apologized for any discomfort he may have from the needles in this test. The staff was very friendly and the office was clean and nice.

He's been suffering with pain and numbness too long. When we checked in the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Doctor came into the room quickly and like I said she was amazing. When she told him about the surgery and how it will take care of all his symptoms she also told us she had a cancellation the next day so we took it. Yay!!!
