Fantastico! We came to this place for a the Madrid Blues Association's fundraiser and we had such a great time!
The set was at least two hours long with all sorts of local Blues celebrities hopping up on stage. We were clapping and dancing and singing along happily the entire night.
One of the bartenders does not know what he's doing and looked at me quizzically when I asked for an amaretto (and I speak Spanish and roll my R's properly, thank you very much). But simply wait for the other dude to get your drink.
Warning, the place is absolutely minuscule and apparently there are no fire laws in Madrid so they keep squeezing folks in so it can get absurdly crowded. But you won't care if the entertainment is top quality as it was that night. Seriously, a great live venue joint. read more
