He said it would be like that for a few since I had been in bed for 5 days and needed to get circulation back in the muscles. Dr. Jung uses a different method of decompression therapy that I have benefited from and for me keeps me tuned up and not feeling the everyday pressure from compression from sitting and mild everyday lifting around the house.
