I didn't know about this shop at first, but it was recommended by my Airbnb host in den Haag. I told her about our intention to visit Gouda and find some cheese, then she told us why go there when there's a cheese shop just around the corner? He recommended plain Gouda without any herbs and spice because that's the best way to taste the cheese, but I'm not really a purist and I ended up falling in love with their fenugreek (medium aged) Gouda.
