In this time of Covid-19, my wife and I became very focused on getting our estate and finances in order. I had just retired, my wife retired just over a year ago, and we are blessed to have two grandchildren. Estate planning much needed. My husband and I contacted Mr. Boeing for help with setting up our trust using a paid service through our employer. Our initial meeting was a success. Mr. Boeing seemed like the right fit for us. Shortly, thereafter I realized this was a mistake. He made numerous errors on our documents, ignored our requests, was not informative or available to answer our questions. He took weeks to respond to my emails and I did most of the research on my own to determine what to say in the documents. Prior to signing the documents I asked for copies of the final drafts since he regularly sent inaccurate drafts and he refused to send copies I believe because he had not completed the work and he stated that "he was not being paid enough to deal with me". I contacted Eric for a credit reporting discrepancy. I discovered that Bank of America was claiming that I had a $3000 balance on an old credit card that was paid off. B of A, and the collection agencies BofA sold my 'debt' to, were unwilling to correct my credit reports despite me having documentation showing that I didn't have a balance on that old card. Enter Eric. Eric was actually pretty great. He explained the process of what he was going to do, how/why it should work, and what we should do if it doesn't. It took a little longer than I would have liked (can I have that yesterday, please), but Eric saved my credit. The collection agency sent us a letter saying that they were dropping the collection and Eric pressed them to further provide a letter to all three credit reporting agencies that the debt was a mistake and should be deleted.
