Immediately upon greeting her clients, she reflects on past visits to see if the issues are new or lingering. She then asks if there is anything new that needs to be addressed. During the appointment, Nikki allows the client to set the tone; sometimes I am in the mood to talk and other times, I would prefer to zone out. With other therapists, I have had to carry on awkward conversation and/or felt uninvited to talk but never with Nikki. My neck and back pain are mostly the result of stress and anxiety and Nikki does a great job at applying the necessary pressure to the areas that need the most attention. I usually opt for a full body massage but I will occasionally ask her to focus on one or two areas. In either instance, she is able to zone in on the areas that cause me the greatest pain. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. I have never had difficulty making appointments with Nikki as I have been able to make them directly through her. I am a mom and have to coordinate a babysitter to schedule my appointments and really appreciate not having to go through a third party. I would recommend Nikki for her skill, professionalism and welcoming demeanor. She really is a master!

I won't say Debbie is Lady Jesus, but she sure knows her stuff. I've visited her massage studio…read moretwice thus far and won't hesitate to return the next time I'm in severe pain. She's extremely skilled in pinpointing issues and explaining what she's doing to *mend* them. Debbie employs a bunch of different massage techniques, including ashiatsu (back walking) and inversion. I never thought I'd be okay with someone walking on me, but it really does seem to help with pain and alignment issues. I appreciate that she listens intently and then formulates a plan to lessen the pain substantially in the selected time session (I've requested an hour each time). I've had some frustrating back issues for several years now (sciatica, scoliosis, bulging disc...you name it), and it's incredibly reassuring to know that Debbie is only a few blocks away when I need her. It's easy to get an appointment within the week. If she doesn't pick up the phone, leave a voicemail and she'll respond within 24 hours at most. Debbie is also personable and easy to talk to. I met Mackenzie, filled out some paperwork, chatted about problem areas and she got to business. I like that you don't choose deep tissue, sweedish, hot stone, etc, but that the massage is customized to your individual needs. I had a combination of all of the above used in my massage. Apparently I had knots in my neck, back near shoulders, lower arms and a tight butt (i'll take that as a compliment! LOL). She took the time to work out each and every knot telling me that if anything was too much to let her know. It was very intense to work them out but not too much but all worth it as man do I feel 100% relaxed today. I don't think there was any part she missed. For me the neck massage was worth the amount, i didn't realize i was so tense up there. She covered arms, neck, legs, back, butt, feet, hands, scalp.... it was amazeballs. When I was checking out, I had mentioned that I travel a lot for work and she told me they often have same day appts available if I ever just have a couple of free hours. So check this place out!
