To get your eyebrows threaded only takes minutes and they're always done evenly - again another huge bonus! The staff at Ellipse also listen to what you ask for. They appreciate not everyone loves really thin arched eyebrows, and happily shape them how you want them. Compared to other beauticians, Ellipse have always been very reasonably priced. While some places may charge $60 or more for a bikini wax, Ellipse are far more affordable and usually ask for around $25-$30. Having recently undergone a bit of a face lift, the Ellipse building now looks far more appealing and according to my friend who went there just last week, the service is still brilliant. Point 7 states that at my discretion I may permit an early termination. The admin fee covers the cost involved in cancelling your program." Their cancellation fee is $150. When I decided to cancel the contact, they didn't give a former invoice only sent price list via email. they said the price i have been given is from franchise system. But I got price from other Auckland's CACI store is different from theirs. Detaild information from other store are, 30mins photo rejuvenation for face is $350. 45mins is $500. My treatment only 20mins and Botany Junction ask for $500. $100 for 30 mins sonophoresis infusion, they charge $120. Their sonos and MDA have no effect. after sonos I feel like the glue on my face very sticky, not comfortable. MDA's suction is not strong enough. And of course 20mins photo rejuvenation has no effect. Warning all others do not go to CACI, especially Botany Junction branch. For this review I don't even want to give 1 star, should be none star if there is an option.

She initially told me my first time there was a machine that would tell her about my skin and my hair and tell her what laser and how strong she should go on me. Then during my first actual laser appointment she told me that the results were determined by the heat of the laser and the hotter that I could stand it the better. I trusted that Shaheen as the professional knew the limit, I mean she told me in the first session that was what that whole thing was for right? Anyway, after my first laser treatment I had a mark 12-15cm long on my bikini area. She assured me that it would go away in 3-4 days. The mark has now healed and is a burn SCAR! I want everyone to be aware that she is negligent and her services are damaging to her clients She has told me to take care of it and send her the bills and that her insurance could possibly cover it. She does not care about her clients or the well being and damage she has caused and is not taking proper responsibility herself for what she has done to me. I am currently going thru disputes tribunal to recoup the fees of the damage that she caused me. I just want to warn others before the same happens to them.
