I never received an email receipt from them and trying to prove that is a nightmare. Basically paid for services I never received because it expired, when I was told in person by their tech that packages don't expire. I didn't even want money back, I just wanted to get the services I paid for. But they will just pocket the money for services you never received. They also will not provide you the receipt from their system. They tell you to find it and let them know even though you never received a receipt to begin with. Basically worst customer service. The only reason I went before was because they have decent tans and my friend used to work there so I went to support. No longer the case.

I remembered as kid they used light therapy to cure jaundice to help the body process toxins. Using the UVA did see results within 24 hours. Please note not every skin type and body is the same. Some medicines, topical treatments, or conditions may worsen as a result of certain exposure. I suffer from a really bad skin condition that doesn't work with topicial treatments.
