The shop has a great smell, which can be smelled from quite a way outside the shop. The products can all be cut to the required quantity, but most items have some already weighed out. The bath bombs and similar items are sold as individual items, rather than weight. The staff are friendly and helpful, and you are encouraged to try many products out. The shop is located inside Westfield shopping centre, so parking is available within the multi-storey car parks attached to the shopping centre.

And when you burn a Yankee Candle you get the true fragrance coming through, unlike some cheaper scented candles which can be a bit disappointing. The larger candles in the jars make really nice gifts - they are quite expensive, but having said that the candles burn for absolutely ages so you do get your money's worth! And if you just want to try out a few different flavours, then you can buy small individual sampler candles, or wax tarts to melt in an oil burner.
