The business decided to reschedule the time [on the same day], and not tell me. I was irritated but didn't complain and showed up at the new time they assigned to me. Fortunately, the massage therapist I got, Alex, was excellent! During the massage, I told him that the time was changed on me without notification. He apologized on behalf of the business and told me that unfortunately, it has happened to other clients before, but it is out of his control. Alex helped my chronic leg pain a lot, so I decided to reschedule. 2nd appointment: I was scheduled to see Alex tomorrow for another session. A notification was sent via text to me today to confirm the appointment. I confirmed. AFTER confirming it said that a different person, Richard Perez, would be treating me. I scheduled with Alex, not Richard. This is not OK. I RE-scheduled with Alex for a reason. I left a message with the business, but didn't expect to hear back in time about it, so, I contacted Alex, whose number I have because I asked him for some doctor/health info after my last visit. I asked him, 'what is going on?' Alex informed me that upon putting in his 2 week notice, he was immediately fired. This is beyond NOT OK. This does not qualify as stealing clients. And in no way did Alex EVER say anything bad about you. In fact, he actually said good things about you and said that you [Richard] are a good massage therapist who is currently attending chiro school.
