I tried to be positive after the first appointment thinking the touch up would fix what I wasn't liking but that's not how it went, unfortunately. Now I am stuck for probably two years with these brows on my face. The technician offered to reimburse what I paid formy touch up, which is nothing compared to what I paid for the first appointment, and recommended someone else to fix it, so I would have to pay even more. Again, definitely a bad experience that I can't recommend to anybody. Seeing a 5 star review from a very famous instructor is what made me go for it, so I think a review from an actual cusromer was needed.

I waited for 55 minutes yesterday at Palm Beaches and never even received a tan because I was a "new customer" and, therefore, they had to take all of the existing customers in before they could help me because signing me up would take A LOT longer. Since my lunch break was up in 5 minutes, I had to leave. Today, I went to Treasure Island Tanning in Midvale. The girl that helped me was fantastic! She actually listening to what I had to say and NOT ONCE did she try to sale me anything that I didn't want. She actually recommended a bed that certainly wasn't the most expensive even though she knew that I was desperate to get some color before my upcoming wedding in ten days. Also, the new customer process was SO simple! It did not take me any more than 3 minutes to get set up in the system and into a bed. I am completely relieved for receiving such excellent and prompt service. THANK YOU!!!

Good: staff was polite, friendly and we were 15 minutes late and they were forgiving. Bad: everything else. Let's start. Right when you walk in, there is a horrible stench that overpowers anything and everything. My guess, the sewer clean out is backed up and it straight smells like sewage. How is this okay? We were desperate so we continued with an hour massage 60 minutes for $125. Mind you, they will add $25 gratuity which we paid anyway because we're not from here. So the place smells like raw sewage death. We both we're crowded into a room with two beds meant for facials, not massages. My "therapist" was Stacey. She was very polite, her hands were a good pressure and she checked in with me periodically. My friends, "therapist" was something else. She was banging the doors, crunching her feet and then get this---- she was on her cell phone the whole time. Not only was she on her phone, she placed her phone on my friends butt while texting her a single letter at a time. Imagine a cell phone on your butt during a massage and the therapist texting. This really happened. I don't know if it's just salt lake or just Utah but this massage experience was a negative for both of us. We paid and left. Not even offered water. Please get the awful sewage smell fixed for future customers to not suffer.
