I arrived at this business in regard to a scavenger hunt one of our local realtors is hosting, thinking this might be one of the locations on the hunt. I walked in the front door (that has a bell on it) and no one came to the front to greet me. I waited for a moment but it seemed like no one was in the building. I thought since I just needed to ask a quick question (is this one of the spots on the scavenger hunt) I could just call the business since no one was there in person. I called the first time, it rang once and then ended. So, I called again to make sure it wasn't my phone having issues & the lady who answered the phone at around 5 pm today was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. When she answered the phone, I told her I had a silly question and then asked if that was one of the spots. She answered very short and rude "No, it's not" and then proceeded to say "Mhm" after I said thank you and have a good night. I didn't think I was inconveniencing her by just calling to ask a simple question but it sure sounded like it. I'm not one to complain but i've ran into this too many times recently and don't see why it's so hard to be pleasant, especially to a potential customer. read more

I absolutely loved this place. They work really hard to keep a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. They've got peaceful decor inside each room along with waterfalls & peaceful lighting to mimic starry skies. My massage therapist was amazing. She worked me from head to toe and made sure to get all the knots out and paid special attention to the areas I pointed out had the most tension. I felt at ease and comfortable the whole time. If I wanted to chat she chatted, if I wanted quiet, she gave me quiet. I've had more than several dozen massages in my life so far and this is by far at my top two. read more

Was excited to come here with my husband while in town. I left a voicemail on a Saturday night to come in the following day possibly or to schedule something and was then texted the following morning. I worked in salons for several years and that seemed very off to me as we never would text a potential client. But I went with it. We went back and forth a little bit via text. I wanted to schedule for Monday instead since we just got into town and we were running around trying to find allergy safe food for us. We have various food allergies that make finding food very hard and we can not get from conventional food stores. I get very distracted when I'm trying to read labels and make sure we don't get sick. I got a reply while we were out but missed the part where they said the time I asked for was ok. When I realized this morning (Monday) I immediately texted and apologized for my mistake and wanted to find out if today could work or another day. They did not want to work with me at all. I find their response interesting since they told me their books were essentially open today and I could have anytime and then suddenly they are all filled. I returned my Groupon and won't be trying this place again. It's sad because I love supporting and finding and recommending small local shops. I wish I had gotten a phone call because I feel like if we were booked that way this wouldn't have happened. read more

Amazing! I went to their Mariner Blvd location, which is great. The package I had was a spa day that was phenomenal. My girl was Jodie and she is absolutely brilliant and is very informative. The massage was incredible and I highly recommend to everyone! My facial that was selected was done specifically for me after Jodie consulted and analyzed my skin and what results I wanted to see. You also get to choose from a glass of champagne, wine, bottled water or bio coffee. I absolutely recommend trying the bio coffee. It smells incredible and the taste is even better than it smells. Sorry we are not perfect enough for you as I have no doubt we are certainly the establishment that could help you if you choose to heal. We are facilitating healing and are loved by so many people, maybe one day you will look back and see how irrational you are being. Everyone makes mistakes, you got your reciept within a week and even insurance companies give 45 days or more for billing. Let go of your anger, its not good for your well being. My mother in law promised me a spa day for Mother's Day. I was hesitant because I've only had one massage ever and I felt extremely uncomfortable having someone (a male) touching me in a private room. He was extremely professional, I just didn't enjoy it. Anyhow, I didn't want to be rude to my mother in law so I went. And I am so glad I did! First off, the staff was AMAZING! Extremely welcoming. When I went back to get my massage, I broke the ice and told the woman (Dena) about my first, and only experience receiving a massage. We both laughed about it and she went to work. OH MY GOODNESS! The pressure was perfect and she hit all the right spots. Afterwards, I had a facial, with Jodie, which was VERY MUCH needed! She was also very friendly and I felt so relaxed. My face felt so smooth after and she got rid of all those nasty blackheads on my nose. I will definitely be back! read more
