In order for me to properly express the gravity of how wonderful this experience was I will have to do something that sounds like I am bragging. This massage took place in a yurt. My husband on the massage table next to me. There were no robes, no champagne. I didn't have to sign any paperwork. I got to talk about me. There was no trying to cover up anything. You could hear some construction off in the distance, you could hear birds, you could hear wind and wind chimes, I even heard some rock music off in the distance. It was so REAL. Trying to relax in a real environment is so much better than a contrived spa. I never would have thought. But it makes so much sense. The PRESSURE to relax in a spa is tewwww much. This was simple. This was perfect. Besides being a completely transformative experience, it was scientifically one of the best massages I have ever had. My armpits and hip flexors were two areas that benefited the most. In addition my neck and temples were given a serious workout (in a good way). After my massage I was given feedback on ways I can improve my posture, and decrease inflammation. He suggest doing the plow pose and holding for 5 minutes daily. Loved the service!!! I booked this therapy while on a solo trip in Sedona. Therapist was extremely professional. They are mobile so it was nice and convenient. My Therapist was able to identify some areas that needed extra help and offered me tips after the session after feeling where I was very blocked. I was warned that I might be sore in a couple if specific places and sure enough the next day I was sore. But a good sore I had been needing this. They set up everything! They adjust the Ambiance and use homemade products that are not too strong and good for your skin. I will book again next time for sure! I had taken a tumble on my bike while camping a Dead Horse Ranch in Cottonwood. I had been wanting a good massage anyway, but that sealed the idea. I took a naproxen and called, hoping that they could get me in. I knew that the massage and more importantly getting into a deeply relaxed state was crucial for me after the accident. When it comes to massage and therapeutic touch I have a lot of experience giving and receiving going back to the early 1980s when I was certified as a massage therapist. I have had many many massages by literally hundreds of therapists. Will is a true matter of the art of healing touch. He is in that strata where individuals cannot be compared, only appreciated! When I awoke the next morning I was not in the global physical pain one had after an impact accident, did I mention that I hit the ground really hard, cracked my bike helmet to where I had to replace it. There were no aches joints and no swelling. Some tender tissue where my head hit the pavement but no headache. Wow! After 4 days of moving our amazing child into ASU, my husband and I decided to take a road trip to Sedona. We googled wineries and saw a massage/wine package at Page Springs Cellars and booked immediately not having a clue if it was going to be good or not. Just knew we would need a massage as due to Covid we had not had one in 6 months. We wanted to just 'try it'. We were greeted with a warm smile and glass of water at 10 am From Will and April. We had a couples massage scheduled but each masseuse asked us separately of our issues and worries and what we needed to focus on. We scheduled a 90 minute massage. I had Will and told him of my feet swelling due to my shoes and my body not use to the weather and how I have retained water the past few days and how my feet and hands hurt. He began and continued to focus on my lower extremities and then worked my lymphatic system to the point that half way through I had to stop because I had to go to the bathroom because the water retention needed to be released! He was gracious and didn't make me feel weird because I had to stop due to going to the ladies room. In fact, he confirmed how much he was connected to what my body needed and was releasing. It was amazing. Some pain, only because I had some very tight muscles and ligaments but I noticed he was very aware of what hurt me and what didnt'. Will was truly the best massage therapist I have ever had. I am 52 years old and have had a massage regularly. In fact, as I layed there, I was sad for my husband because I felt like I had the best masseuse and he was just getting your typical "massage parlor massage". But when we were done, and he and I turned and looked at each other I asked "so, how was it?" And he said "she was probably the BEST massage I have ever had!" FOLKS... CAN I TELL YOU... THIS IS A BIG DEAL! My hubby is picky and finds fault in everybody! APRIL AND WILL are in touch with your body more that YOU are!
