Services Tummy detox - a massage of your stomach...I'm all about holistic ways to get better gut health and this definitely is a great service for that. KC is tiny but mighty!!! Her hands are magical. V-shape - all I know is that it's some kind of radio frequency machine with a vacuum suction that is supposed to tighten your skin and melt away stubborn fat. It's not instant gratification but I see the difference each time I go back. But it kicks starts everything so with a better diet and exercise I can totally see myself maintaining a more sculpted midsection. I've started trying v-shape on my arms so I'm excited to see the results in a few months EMSlim - I workout quite a bit but who wants some extra assistance with being able to do 20,000 reps in 30 minutes you can use this device on your abs, arms, glutes, pretty much anywhere you want to help build muscle....not gonna lie though....first treatment was uncomfortable because I didn't know what to expect...but now I think 20k sit-ups done!!!! I made my appointment online a few days in advance, completed my forms online, and day of I was shocked to find 2 spots right in front of the building (in Old Town Scottsdale on a Saturday!). Walking in, I was immediately calm- it smelled good and there was a very chill vibe. Jazmine was my therapist and she started off by giving me an overview then I changed and got onto the table (just like you would for a massage) and she came back to start working on me. Activating the lymphatic system only requires light touch followed by a stronger massage to start moving the toxins to their exit point and reducing inflammation. I dozed off several time throughout as the table I was on was heated and I was really able to unwind during my service. 10/10 overall, a really positive experience!
