This plan does nothing in terms of teaching better eating choices so that you can experience long term results. I lost 14 pounds in the 30 day timeframe but after purchasing the plan and required supplements (although I had food allergies and couldn't eat them), this plan was extremely expensive. Furthermore, in the short time I participated, 2 of the 4 staff members quit, which made it difficult to get appointments at times.

1 Star - WARNING: DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE I would give ZERO…read morestars if I could. My experience with Elevate Miami has been an absolute nightmare, and I feel obligated to warn others. After being recommended two peptides by their in-house doctor, I trusted their advice only to end up hospitalized after months of use. I later discovered these peptides should have never been prescribed to someone with my medical history. What makes this worse is the complete lack of accountability from the staff and ownership. For months, I was told that I would be credited $1,800 for the unopened vials multiple employees confirmed this. But once I followed up on the refund, I was met with nothing but runaround responses, delays, and ultimately, flat-out disrespect. The final straw? The OWNER himself got on the phone with me and, instead of helping resolve the situation professionally, aggressively cursed me out. He told me to "go f*** myself" and sarcastically dared me to "do whatever I want." This is the level of professionalism you can expect from Elevate Miami. Their behavior is not just unethical it's dangerous. Recommending peptides that led to hospitalization, lying about credits, and having a business owner verbally abuse a paying customer is beyond unacceptable. If you value your health, your money, and basic human decency, STAY FAR AWAY from this place. There are far better, safer, and more professional clinics out there. I'm pursuing further action, and I hope no one else has to go through what I did.

During the first visit he was very nice trying to understand her eating habits and routine at school and at home as well. He gave her some changes to do. and explained her some high carbs food replacements for high protein and low sugar carbs shakes, bars etc. and offered her pills. she didn't want to take them. We had our second visit 2 weeks later. and my daughter had lost only one pound. He took about 10 min with us and the only tip he gave her was to starve for 16 hours. as many days as possible. I tried to ask him for a eating plan and to teach her what foods are better for her to eat. His answer was: "She is 17 is too late for her to learn good habits" My daughter got sick the next week. she has high colesterol and also anxiety. Any ways. I think his bussiness are the pills. and of course with pills everybody loose weight, but I am pretty sure that there are many ways to loose 30 pounds without them.
