This is a really nice meditation and Tibetan Buddhist practice center. I attended several teaching here and and the visiting Tibetan lama, who speaks English very well, was humble, sincere, and enlightening (ha ha!).
The space is beautiful and the other attendees were friendly, but not pushy. They have regular practice on Sunday morning, and some other days, even when the lama is not in town teaching. I felt welcome and comfortable asking questions. There is a bookstore with many books, and other dharma items like prayer flags, incense and statues. I recommend this place if you are are exploring Buddhism. read more
