I went here becasue they looked very competent…read more Their sales Person Mr. Berndt is a pure salesmen, in the worst way. He misleads on price, overpromises, and just wants to get the deal done. We discussed prices per square meter on the flooring including Mwst. and then when he told me what it would cost to lay he mentioned a price that later turned out to be 10% less than what it actually was, and that was net of taxes.....so the real price was 30% higher than what he told me it would cost. And by the time I found out, ti was too late to find an alternative. He also told me the Oak flooring I was looking at was very sturdy, but when we were unhappy with all the amrks and scratches, he told me we needed to put felt on everythign, including the wheels of my 5 year old daughters desk chair. When I made a complaint and he came out to look at it he also wrote a completely rude letter. I will never step foot in their building again, and I wopuld advise everyone else out there to avoid them at all costs. I had another buildign job with a different company and that was a pleasure...this was a catastrophe! If I never see Mr. Berndt again, it will have been too early.
