A wine bar that serves Vosne-Romanée by the glass and understands that testing it before serving it matters. The cheese plate was paired accordingly just because at Bodega, they care. If someone didn't know the answer to a question, they didn't guess, they escalated (I'm in Eindhoven for work, can you tell?). The tataki beef was lightened by mint. The gyoza was glazed, no dip required and perfect. The lumpia, was not as good as my mom's, but I'd never say otherwise either.
