Im sure Jacky is qualified & may be fine for other people, but my experience was being impulsively interrupted, even after I'd explained at that initial appointment that being cut off was making it very difficult to focus. I live w a chronic illness that causes that, & there were several things I needed to cover without being made to digress. So after repeating what I needed a number of times w no effect, I grew frustrated then actually angry. I needed someone who could listen & respond appropriately, so I went elsewhere. But then I was billed for my insurance declining payments as "not a covered service." Not true! She doesn't accept my insurance despite there being ample time & opportunity to disclose that. That's when the behavior I saw became erratic. She hadn't submitted a claim, then contradicted herself in consecutive sentences. And I've I had to argue to get her agreement to send a new invoice reversing the charges. What a pain to know I have to document every convo in writing & threaten contacting our state board of licensing. I was even told I couldn't have a copy of my file which is preposterous, esp as any patient has a legal right to those copies & it will show she knew my insurance coverage. She revealed herself to be impulsive, disorganized & difficult as well as not strategic in her reasoning. read more
