I waited SEVEN weeks for my project. I requested my excess fabric upon pick-up, only to be informed it was not saved - I had purchased at least a yard overage at $60 a yard. The workmanship was good, hence the generous 2 star rating. The customer service was miserable. There are other options available and I wish I read the other reviews before booking. Buyer beware.

Bernie runs Boca Bargoons and refers upholstery jobs to his wife Robyn at BBworkroom. I love Boca Bargoons, but will never go back to bbworkroom. Almost three weeks after my promised date, I called to pick up the cushions. As it turns out they began to work on my cushions on 2/21 (5 days after they were supposed to be done) and needed clarifications. They emailed questions to an old email address, even though the current one was on the order with the rest of my information. When I called on March 2, it was as if it was my fault for not responding to an email that I did not get. I gave them the measurements and assume they might start. Terrible customer service!!! Years ago, I used them and I'm embarrassed to say they were even worse. I ordered a Bed spread that was expensive material purchased from Boca Bargoons, and the work was a throw away. Never put on the bed. It was supposed to be two contrasting fabrics, but they didn't use both fabrics, and the bedspread came with an ugly seam through the middle of it. They are conveniently close to me, but I will NEVER use them again even though I have many projects. I will try the number that Deborah H recommended in her one star review. I won't continue to reward bad behavior even when it seems convenient.

I couldn't remember the name at first but remembered the approximate location. Then I I started googling upholstery companies and I found Boca Raton Upholstery that had been in business for 40 yrs and the name of business came back to me. That's it, I thought. He said just pick out the fabric you want and they'll do the rest. Raised two children, girl and boy, and a dog (Beagle) with those couch cushions. Indoor/outdoor fabric is what I chose then. The cushions are still good after all these years. Quality workmanship and quality product! I would use them again in future. Thanks again.
